The ambience. A carpet in the bedrooms would add on to the experience. Food was tasty. Check in was hassle free . The room comfort was up to the mark.

Whilst the food, service and cleanliness at the hotel were all good along with location, this hotel is now unfortunately a little dated. More modern hotels are available for the same money being charged as what this hotel charges. So doesnt rteally represent value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was fresh and the eggs cooked to order were great. Room was clean and tidy and serviced everyday. Lots of great restaurants nearby and you could watch the sunset down on the sea wall. The rooms were a good size.

- Grateful for the early check-in provided. - I had booked Deluxe room as the picture shown were of road facing room (stadium is seen from the window). I was told by the receptionist that they don't have Road facing deluxe room and he is providing complimentary upgrade to premium room (which was also back side building facing). - Staff was helpful.

I came back to the Ambassador after almost 17 years. And the service is still the same. The quality of the rooms is still great. Shout out to the bar staff, John is still there and an exceptional bar tender.

had eggs every morning as no other hot food for English taste. Would be good if you offered bacon, etc, just a few more things that would make up a true English breakfast. Very good selection of diff foods and fruit, just lacked the English/American touch.

Great location. Very friendly & helpful staff. The manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast buffet selection is very good. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

The breakfast was well spread and had a good amount of space. I liked it so much that I came back for another meal in the day instead of eating out. The staff were courteous to give my young son a balloon as well.
